David Olinger Paving & Sealcoating is a family-owned and operated business that has proudly served Maryland and Pennsylvania clients for over 40 years.

Our company is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). David started working in his father's business during summer vacations as a teenager. As the family and the business grew, he decided it was time to branch out and run his own business. With many years of training and experience, he, along with his partner, Brandon (his son-in-law), has grown the business by continuing to provide their customers with the same quality standard and professional service that they have delivered for three generations.
